  • A medium pan

    • 5 oz. of seasoned chicken
    • Freshly seasoned gravy
    • Fresh coriander for garnishing
  • 1/2 cup water

To prepare Chutney Chef’s Aloo Gobi Recipe all you need is a hearty appetite and to follow these simple instructions:

  1. Heat pan on medium-high flame for 30 seconds.
  2. Add packet of cumin seeds, potato and cauliflower florets to pan.
  3. Add 1/2 cup water & stir for 20 seconds.
  4. Cover for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes & cauliflower florets are cooked (TIP: Fork should easily poke through potato).
  5. Once water evaporates, add gravy & 3 TBSP water.
  6. Stir for about a minute or until dry.
  7. Add garnish.
